“Started badly, got better. The crowd scented an unexpected victory when The Kingslayer crashed on entry to the endzone, failing to complete at the end of the first half. After that it was a slogging match, with Nuffle changing sides at whim.
This game broke Coach Elan's twelve (12) game drought and achieved the team aim of winning one game in its first season. The coach will decide the next season's goals, if any, based on who survives, with what skills, at season end.
This was hard fought on both sides, with the decisive TD a result of a lucky blitz, a flukey catch and despite excellent defence.

Last season of SWL for a while for me. A game that has you feeling like shit no matter how hard you try, is not a fun game anymore.
4 losses on the trot and a team that is fighting to stay alive make this probably the 2nd shittiest season ever. I hate losing but I hate losing without giving a decent fight most of all.
