“A very tight game where teh Dark ELves placed their bodies on the line in the first half trying to defend the TD, the Orcs score late in the half but the DE's were all KO'd and could return with Smelling Salts...no casualties yet :-(

The Dark ELves tried to equalise before the break but one of teh Kitties intercepted the pass.

On the restart the ELves again tried to score but for 4 turns they were held and in the end required some careful manovres to get a pass in...this time it was not ntrecepted and the score happened. 1-1

The Orcs suddenly needed a score to win, but the weather changed to icy conditions and the ball went deep despite nobody on the UCLA team having advanced training in this. The Orcs were desperate and could not make sufficient ground upfield for an easy score, instead a BOB had to make 4 GFi's in icy weather to reach the TD line. As he reached it the Blitzer Bryce Mahuika was downed by a blok and killed....again the apothecary failed and he was dead as a dodo. The thrower moved in to collect the ball and pass but even with 2 GFI's was 1 square short of a score due to the bad weather!!!
