“We start out fairly normally, grabbing the ball deep and using our DP to remove a blitzer. Amazons stream through after knocking over a CW who was plugging a gap by himself- fortunately their blitz attempt at the ball the following turn is foiled by their first dodge going amiss. Rookie CW Ritter Agrexil proceeds slowly up the pitch with the ball. Eventually on turn 6 despite brave attempts by the ladies he strolls in the TD to take the lead. There's 2 zons in the BH box so it's now 11vs10.

The amazons keep the ball pretty safe, completing a few passes to gain SPPs but never threatening to get past the LOS during the final 3 turns of the half.

BLITZ! Fluffs runs through alone and really, really goes for it to get under the kick- catching it but leaving himself totally alone! Luckily for him the zons blitzer fails their dodge (though with SF not ending the turn) so their blitz is wasted. Unfortunately he's denied the TD after failing the dodge away (despite RR) the following turn!

What follows is a bit of a brawl though neither side is actually gaining anything (though the amazons have 2 unlucky turns where their first action fails despite RRs). Eventually the ball bounces randomly off 4 players heads and into Fluff's hands (karma for the earlier foiled TD attempt?). He makes a run for it down one side but will the girls all dodge onto him? Nope, once again one fails her dodge! He runs in the TD and now it's two turns left and no rerolls.

And again, we defend carefully and the ladies have no way through though carefully keep the ball away from me.
