Evils bring a wizard, we bring Silibili.

I am the greatest will help, two claw/MB players caught by it. The chaos set up their 10 players vs my full 11 (no subs, eek!) and we get going.

First half lots of KOs on both sides, we push up one side with silibili (once he picks up on 4th turn of trying!) and it looks safe except for the danger of the wizard. We stall to try and rack up some injuries while we have the advantage and eventually the wizard is unleashed on silibili and the chaos do some nice moves to be able to push through and grab the ball - we will have one turn to get the ball and score.. we blitz their beastman with a strip ball lizard (unneccessary with a pow) then are forced to give silibili the pickup and score attempt - which he does with ease.

1 turn of chaos LOS mayhem to rack up some cas against us: a SI on our kroxi forces us to use our apo (works- phew!).

1-0 at half time and wizard used up. We have 10 players (kaimazda sent off on the first foul of the game) vs their 8 after some poor KO recovery rolls. We have a decent chance now- I wouldn't have thought it would be like this at half time before the game!!

Good 2nd half with plenty of bashing by both teams - at 2 points we grab the ball with a skink and only have to make the last dodge to sprint to freedom and almost certain scoring but they slip up! Eventually it looks like we are going to defend succesfully for a 1-0 win but no, a last turn amazing feat of desperation from the chaos where everything goes right gets them extra time!! Curseeees!!

Ok we are receiving and it's our 8 vs their 9 - could be tough! Within a turn between claws and chaos getting the ref there's 5 of us.. uh oh. And yeah it turns messy with only a couple of players left on the pitch and chaos amble up the whole pitch to score the winner on their last turn!

Great, dramatic game - a lot closer than I thought it would be (so, so close to winning in 2nd half!!) and no real nasty injuries for me. Good luck in the finals!”
