“On a Rainy day in front of 96,000 fans the Empire battled White Gold.

As White Gold kicked off they Blitzed :( Things werent looking good for the Empire as the best thrower got badly hurt and White Gold moved down the field almost with ease and score on turn 4 to go up 1-0. As White Gold kicked off the Empire was awarded an extra team re-roll. The Empire starting putting some hurting on White Gold and finally scored on turn 8 to tie the game at 1. As the Empire kicked off the weather changed to very sunny :( Half Ended in a tie 1-1.

As the Empire kicked off the weather went back to pouring rain. The Empire took advantage of White Gold's misfortunes and got the ball and quickly scored on turn 3 to go up 2-1. Outnumbering White Gold, the Empire kicked off and White Gold was awarded an extra team re-roll. The Empire once again was able to get the ball away from White Gold and scored on turn 6 to go up 3-1. As the Empire, still outnumbering White Gold, kicked off, White Gold once again received an extra team re-roll. White Gold was able to score on turn 8, now only down 2-3. As White Gold kicked off they were able to rearrange their defense. Game Ended 3-2 Empire. Luck was definetly on the Elves side today...

Earned 5 skill rolls, 3 of which were over 30, one aged :( The Empire is not having luck with their catchers. One catcher died after 5 games with 6 spp and never got to roll their skill, the Star of the Team was Catcher Outrider of Averland which still holds a few team records, died at 100 spp the most spp of any of my players on any of my teams and now Catcher Outrider of Ostermark gets aged -movement :( but better then niggled :)

With the winnings the team purchased the contract of a Blitzer from Talabecland.”
