“Tense one indeed. The Manglers started off a bit unlucky first half but the luck 8if you can call it that) changed second half. Handicap Bribe the Ref didn't do anything as I couldn't get in a single foul first half. Had a good opportunity there to foul the Blodge, Mighty Blow Wolf but misclicked on Blitz and had to blitz with the DP :) Second half was better and although Reroller stole the Ball carrier I was luckily able to regain thx to the mighty Count and keep it that way *phew*

A decent drive in the first half, despite the Count dodging into tackle zones to knock over my ball carrier, saw me score in turn 8 through Chuckie. Too busy celebrating I forgot to check if he could one turn. He could. And did. Darn.
Second half, I badly hurt the blodge ghoul ball carrier and xcver wisely picked up the ball with the Count. Ramtut III wasn't doing much for me, and the Manglers' dirty player was keeping my own nullified, before RIP'ing him after the 5th attempt. A desperate attempt at defence failed and it was 2-1 against in the final turn.
I set up with an attempt at a one turner for myself. It started pretty well, but then I chose a push instead of the pow on the final block to free Chuckie for the TD. Noob idiot!!! Chomper threw the ball anyway, but Chuckie couldn't hold on, again, with catch. Would have been my first 1 turner, but not to be.
Good tense game xcver. I look forward to revenge for the 2 RIPs, good luck for the rest of the tournament.”
