“Another great game! First half was pretty bad for me - first I oversaw a tackle zone and failed the (unintended) dodge, then I started losing players. A bit of bad luck for me, a bit of good rolls for dreadlord and I was thinking I'd lose the ball. Luckily my thin defense held and despite losing the ball I scored in T8.

Second half started bad again as after 1st turn I had 1 SI (apo failed) and 2 BH with the mummies being on the offense. The dreadlord made his only (as far as I could tell) tactical mistake and left his backfield too unprotected. I managed to put pressure on the ball carrier and with a 1db ball strip by Kromm (1st time he used that skill!) I put the ball loose and secured it. The rest of the match was a bit blocking from both sides. Until T15 I only made 2 cas but then another two came floating in. In the end I made the 2-0 in T16.

Thanx, dreadlord, for a very entertaining and tense match. Towards the end of half 1 I was convinced to lose the game due to lack of players. Then I made the lucky score and hoped for a draw, and in the end that one mistake won me the game! Very close and well played!

Oh, did I forget to mention that my only niggler (well, until Grim niggled Doubledwarf) missed out again? He now missed as much games since he niggled as he played in. I thought nigglers only missed on 6+, not on 4+...
