“Our squig herders vs HunterX's skinks!

First attack with the poisoned dagger KILLS a gobbo! The apo saves him however!!

We start well with a deep kick and an early turnover by the skinks on a failed block, letting us rush players through to their side. The whiptails use their speed though to grab the ball and move it 2/3rds of the way up the pitch. He's alone up there though and a squig-hopper succesfully KOs him to make the ball safe.

Then the game starts to really turn my way as 4 of the enemy fill their BH box vs just one of mine (self-inflicted by a hungry squig!) but the skinks don't give up and it's far from easy for us to fight our way up - the ball carrier sacked several times and the poisoned dagger a real thorn in our side! Eventually our agi4 squighopper manages to blitz through with the ball and sprint in the td in the last seconds of the half.

Fortunately the ref sends off the dagger-wielding Adept at half time, leaving the skinks mostly toothless and certainly low in numbers. We push forwards, taking out skinks and looking for another TD and it comes on turn 5.

There are only 4 skinks available to set up and they try to make some space to somehow get a touchdown but there's just too many gobbos for them. At this stage we get our first non BH cas of the match and their apo fails so they decide to stop taking their turn for the final 2 turns. We try and get some more SPPs with a squig-hopper but instead he can't help but help himself to a tasty looking goblin instead! Our Block-gobbo Squig-Breath earns his name as he's EATEN! The fans go wild at this show of gore!!
