Rolled Greatest on two of Benn's ghouls. Both hired the Count and he ran off with shopping cash! It was either that or let him have the Count for an absolute easy win...
It was going to be an uphill struggle for this. It was looking gloomy being a mummy down and a useful ghoul out as well.
The game got going, and Benn's undead simply ripped through armour as they felt like it... It was turn 4/4 of the 1st half when we both realised the game was over.
The luck metre is correct - no reloads... you get the idea how this final went. Ah well... we enjoyed the journey!

The Phrase had the first drive, and for the first 4 turns were removing opposing players at almost the rate of one a turn. First few were zombies, then fouled a mummy to BH (regen) and a wight to SI (niggle, no regen). A Phrase Wight sent the dauntless Maggoty Ghoul to the BH box, meaning that the 2 remaining mummies' strength was unassailable.
The Menace simply didn't have enough players to mount a decent attack in the 2nd half. The carrier was easily taken down, and the ball passed to a mummy for a td to skill up, rounding off an amazing 11spp game for him.
Shame that this kind of game had to happen in the final; I'd have preferred a really close, tough fought game. Sorry fans, the team has just been on fire for 3 games.”
