“Final of the FUMBBL SMACK Legend CLVII.

A game I had a good chance to win but little chance to have a team afterwards. We hired a Star-tree to bolster the line of scrimmage.

First half saw some good bashing from the elves at first. 2 cas and a KO Troll from a foul. With thrower far back with the ball the two teams sniped each other with blitzes. Knowing that 1 goal each per half would lead to OT which would lead to an even deader WE-team. Therefore the WE opted to score. The rest of the half the chaos pushed a cage forward with nimble elves stopping any real progress. Finally there was an opportunity to strike and by VERY good luck (pick-up in 5 TZs among other things) the WE scored again. Even the hired Wiz failed to bring down any elves. Marcus Berg was unfortunatly killed while doing some heroics.

Second half saw more caging and elves dodging in front. This was succesful and the chaosteam could not score until last turn of the game. Jakob Johansson II was killed by some mutated beast and Ragnar Sigurdsson managed to break his left root (MNG).

All in all a very good game for the elves. Good luck made it possible and Jesperius was very friendly in spite of his poor injury and armourrolls.”
