“This match was all about recovery. The Rodents were able to field only ten players as their opponents came to the field with a full squad.

The Rodents outdid themselves in play though. The game started very badly for the Rodents and they were unable to stop an early touchdown by the Allstars. On the following drive, they suffered a blitz but were eventually able to put the ball where it was supposed to be, endzone.

The Allstars fumbled with the ball on their second drive and this resulted in a lucky touchdown as Gutrat Fleabite took the ball and dodged out to safety. The Allstars weren't able to blitz him out and thus he scored his second touchdown of the day. There ended the lucky run for the Rodents.

The second half started with a Rodent attack, but after some unlucky maneuvers, the ball carrier was surrounded. He attempted to get rid of the ball by throwing it to an open Gutter Runner, but the ball was intercepted by a Storm Vermin. The Allstars stalled in the end and the Rodents accepted this without much of a fight.

The draw was a very good result for the Ravenous Rodents considering the odds. And only one player was hurt badly enough to miss the next game. Thanks to the opponent for a fair game!”
