#3 Incredible Hulk – Broken Ribs (MNG) #3 Incredible Hulk – Smashed Knee (NI)
“This was thethiefbarabus' first match on Fumbbl, and his first Bloodbowl match in a long while. He had little difficulty navigating the client and played faster than many of the players new to Fumbbl. Some early positioning missteps lead to a turnover deep in the Krusha's end. Line orc Fresh N. Clean was torn to pieces by the crowd while Johnny Polite emerged with the ball for the first touchdown.
The second drive was more promising, already the lessons learned were applied as Quiggles broke through the line with the ball. Sadly, not enough time remained to score this half.
The Krushas took full advantage of a blitz at the second half kickoff, and drove the Mayhem back. The game degenerated into a violent brawl well-suiting the orcs, but a few lucky bounces kept the orcs from realizing their positional advantage.
It was obvious to me in the second half that the orcs were following a coherent plan, closing in my team, denying us space. This pressure allowed the Krushas to keep my Mayhem pinned down and forced a turnover. Defensive positioning was quite strong, and I expect many defensive touchdowns from this coach in future matches.
Great match to start with, and welcome to FUMBBL!”
