"I... I did it! I killed the famous Eden Price! All Hail Skeleton Costal!"
- Costal

"Yeah, well that's nothing. I threw the ball."
- MetaCarpal

"Bah, you always throw the ball. I actually *caught* it! And next time, try aiming for your own team mates on all your throws, instead of throwing it to the other team."
- Carpal

"This game had it all -- Mummies Bashing, Skeletons Fouling, the death of Eden Price due to a combination of a bad dodge and a *Skeleton*, Khemri *throwing the ball*, and lots of elves dodging. I had my guys marching down the field the first half in a nice large cage, but the Outlaws managed to infiltrate it, forcing a pass. Which actually worked, and left the carrier within scoring range, only to fail a dodge, drop the ball on the goal line, and allow the Outlaws to score in the last play of the 1st half.

The second half started out with a quick score, followed by the death of Eden Price to Costal, and then another score. Final score of 3-0, but the guys are in good spirits, knowing that we won't have to face Eden Price anymore. Unfortunately, no one else will need to either. Oh, well. The rest of the coaches owe me for that. And heck, the Regeneration classes seem to be helping out, with 2/3 guys regenerating this game. Nice.

Anyway, it was a good game (as any game where an Elf dies is good). I'd wish the Outlaws luck in the future, but I know that with the Bribery Fund they have going, luck is not even needed."

#3 Haye – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#3 Haye – Smashed Knee (NI)
#8 Eden Price – Dead (RIP)
"Tonight, history was made. No, not us beating the Khemri 3-0, that's not history, that's what you expect. I'm talking 'bout the death of Eden Price, the greatest Outlaw to ever lie, cheat and steal. He died as he lived - low and dirty. 110.000 pairs of eyes witnessed him trip over his own greatness and then a skeleton crushed his lights out under his foot. Let the skeletons name be known, too: Costal. For this is how Eden wished to die. Unstoppable by no-one, brought down only by himself. Untouchable to his enemies, he touched everyone who had the pleasure to watch his godly plays. We shall miss him, we shall mourn him, we shall evenge him."
---Jaymez, Dark Age Outlaws Lineboy

"Don't waste your tears. He had to die someday to make room for the next generation of Blitzers. He was good, but I can be better. If he had lived much longer, I would have been forced to knife him personally. And we won 3-0 without him."
---Chasm Dark, Dark Age Outlaws Blitzer

"Yeah. Oulaws won, Eden died, yaddayaddayadda. Time to move on. We need a new team captain. And I think I know just the man for the job. Mysel---"
---Desmond Hill, Dark Age Outlaws Blitzer

"Gunn! Exactly. I accept your vote. Right, I know there hasn't been a vote, but you would have all given me your vote anyway, so there's no need to hold an actual election. I'm the highest rated player, I'm one of the longest serving ones, and I have a gun. Most importantly, I'll walk off if you deny me the captainship and you need me. I know some of you think I don't do enough on the pitch, but you need me. I make all the rest of you look good."
---Gunn, new Dark Age Outlaws Team Captain

"Like Mary said last game: Let Eden Price be the last time we selected a team captain based on accomplishments. And, lo and behold, he shall be, starting with Gunn, the man who considers it his job to stand idly by while other people do the hard work of actual blocking."
---Willyam, Dark Age Outlaws Lineboy

"Grrrr. That's not fair. If our leader is someone who has done nothing for the Outlaws lately, it should have been me! It should have been me! You better watch your back, Gunn. There might be a knife coming your way. I know you can shot a thrown knife out of the air using only one bullet, but that will do little to save you if you never see it coming."
---Starr, Dark Dage Outlaws Lineboy
