“The few monsters in the opponent's team didn't score enough casualties to stop my grinding defensive play.

The first half was marked with horrible block rate: Skulls Galore! In the second half there were more POWs but the overall luck didn't improve that much, except for the few, critical, lucky rolls that meant a victory for my side - Instead of the tie, or even loss, I expected.

Recently playing mostly stunty/bashy showed in the game as I completely failed at organizing a controlled attack nearly causing half of my team to enter the crowd...involuntarily! Luckily my opponent was unable to capitalize on my mistake due to horrendous block record in the first half! :-D

Overall the game was exactly as I hoped: Painless victory.

btw. One thing that helped me turn the game was my excellent passing game with an interception to top it off.”
