We push up one side with all our rats, and the halflings are tripping over themselves in droves so we are able to clear some space at the back corner, where we take a breather for a couple turns before scoring (scary trees were quite far away). 3 turns left and we essentially hide from the halflings who manage to throw one downfield to score in their final turn (their only hope).

We set up 5 rats and essentially don't stand a chance :P

However, somehow.. we make a dodge blitz with gutter runners and fortunately get the pow and the ball- and then we are able to run all over the pitch away from the halflings and eventually score on our final turn to win it.. somehow!”
