First half clearly belonged to the Crusaders ending on a 1-0 in their favour and newly bought Alvilda showing her worth by knocking herself out and staying unconscious for the rest of the game.
Second half however the Pirates made a strong comeback by starting the half with a blitz and conquering the ball.
Clearly this was their match of the season.
Everybody (including the Pirates themselves) doubted they'd win the match but Mary Read was at the top of her game and manged to turn it into a 2-1 victory.
Either her or the Crusaders Wardancer was startled by her buccaneering appearance.
The Pirates where definetely at large at the afterparty where there was 4 arrest on the team and the entire team is now under suspiscion for Arson as the Crusaders homestadion where burned to the ground with the crusaders still inside. A shame it should end this way for the Crusaders as they during the match announced that this would be their last.
This was a ballmatch that will go down in the annals of Pirate history.”
