After a few hiccups, and a lucky bounce the Choir managed to get the ball into the endzone, unfortunately failing to inflict significant injury on the Raiders.
The second half saw some desperate defence from the Choir who knocked the ball free a couple of times. The crowd threw the ball into the melee where it landed in the hands of a mummy. Unfortunately Nobbla was there with his chainsaw and made quick work of mummy. Him and successive 1D pows made it impossible for the Undead to stop the Chaos onslaught.
Going into overtime, the Raiders have three re-rolls and the Choir have to kick. The Raiders slowly advance, systemically pounding the Choir into the ground and the casualties begin to mount. With a couple of turns to spare the Choir manage to free the ball, even get it into the hands of a ghoul. His options: dodge away from the lone beastie or push him, with the help of a skeleton, into the hungry crowd. Given that both options have an equal chance of failure, the ghoul goes for the crowd pleaser and gets knocked over. The ball tumbles looses and the beastmen, having avoided the crowd's ardour, scoops up the ball and waltzes in for the winning score.
