“WIL Premier Division IX - Round 5

Handicaps for me were : Iron Man and Knuckle Dusters - Some good ones for once!

This was my only game (apart from my 1st game) where I stood a slim chance of pulling off some points winnage. Unfortunately my armour and nuffle had other ideas.

With little Tackle on the Necro side, and a big Goo bashing received, the Necros were in shabby shape for this encounter. However, they still had the skills and coaching to beat my shambles of an outfit.

Jock stuck in a good number of fouls, and the ref didn't seem to notice the majority... and of the two times he was spotted putting the boot in (out of 6 fouls), the ref caved in to pressure and let it go for one of them! But I can't complain too much - I put the boot in first on a Wight, but in regen'd! /boooo

I scored first, quite early, giving Jock plenty of time to give a bad kick straight to his Golem to amble in and score an equaliser.

2nd half was all about the Necros receiving and putting my team to the sword which they went about with quiet efficiency. However, my team battled bravely in defence, pulling off one or two good plays, turning a no hope situation into a chance... unfortunately the 1db needed never really resulted in a splat! :(

Was a fun game... I had to go through a bit of a clear out, leaving me just 12 girls to go into the first match of 2 vs the Chaos Dwarves. Ouch!...
