Well I must say as always Gritter missed some pertinant facts!!

The first action of the game was Herbal Tea getting a Blitz that allowed them to flood my back field and threaten the ball. Instead of being able to screen the ball nad have multiple options in his back field i was forced to try and get the ball upfield away from the host of "sackers" near my Thrower.

This enabled him to do the ubiquitous 1db POW on my carrier and get the ball. My defence was good and as he stated I managed to break again with another 1db POW saving his day. Elrond was promptly injured twice in a turn, the decisive point of the match.

After this I was down on players, my STR4 Leap Blitzer gone, no Dirty Player thanks to a death in the last match, and I was kicking.....not really much left to play for. The Isolationists then decided that sending themselves off each turn was a sure fire way to ensure survival for another day and it worked quite well.

Good game Gritter and not quite how you remember it
