“The Company started in offence and sent two Blitzers deep into Boyz territory. The Boyz were able to knockout one of the Blitzers, but unable to stop the other from scoring (AG 6 caught ball in two Tackle Zones and dodged his way to score).

Things looked very dire for the Boyz when they had difficulty picking up the ball in the backfield and the super Ballet Company Blitzer (Str 4 Blodge Tackle Leap Sidestep) Mikhail Baryshnikov came charging towards the ball and flattening one player.

This was when the Ballet Company coach inadvertantly reminded the Boyz coach that his fans had killed the ref to start the match. Da Boyz players then quickly knocked over Baryshnikov and sunk the boots in repeatedly until he was Badly Hurt and thus could not steal the ball!

The Boyz then used their superior numbers to grind out a late TD in the first half to tie the score.

In the second half, the Boyz used a strong cage and advanced the ball strongly, and eventually when they had superior numbers due to their hard hitting, played silly buggers in the corner by taking unnecessary throws to farm SPPs! This paid off huge dividends as the 2 SPP Nagrok Elfmangler got both a completion and a TD to get to 6 SPP and got himself +1 AG post match!

A tough game for Ruben G after me Getting the Ref and then nailing Baryshnikov. With him lurking around, the game would have been very different as I would have to play consertively and any mistake could be costly due to his explosive ball stealing ability.
