Umbrae didn't play our best in this match. Lots of stumbles, fumled balls and failed blocks. The team just didn't perform like the coach wanted, and against Skaven you can't afford that many mistakes.

Umbrae received first, and the uninspired play started on the first turn, with not a single Skaven player knocked down and a burned RR on the pickup. In T2, Umbrae snaked the hand-off, allowing the rats to steal the ball. They couldn't stall the half out, but scored 0-1 in T5. Umbrae scored back in T8 without fumbling for 1-1 at half-time. At this point, Umbrae had lost 5 players, including both tacklers, the ST4 Blitzer and the Strip Ball Blitzer. With all our best defense players out, it was pretty easy for the rats to stall out the match for a 2-1 win in T16. Not much worked for Umbrae in the second half either.

I didn't get a chance in this one. My play was far from perfect, not that I made any large mistakes, but my play was rusty from not playing the team for long. So I probably rolled more dice than I should have, but that didn't really matter, the amount of ones and skulls would have lost me the match anyway (coupled with the opposing CAS).
