“Was nervous as all hell going into this.
Break Tacklers proved to be big, and PaulHicks showed his might as the goblin warrior of doom by sending two elves to the Seriously Injured box, as well as one KO. This was my first game in a major, and it was incredibly fun. I don't have the best team. I'm certainly not the best coach, but I played well enough to hold an excellent wood elf team to only 2 against Ogres.
In the end, the dodgey gits were just too much to handle for my lumbering stars. Not enough money to hire Nobbla/wizzie ultimately hurt me as well. Xcver played an excellent game, and I wish him the best in the rest of the GLT.

Fun game. Doom & Gloom certainly made me sweat half 1 but thankfully I managed to bring in the td turn 8 with the gobbo failing the landing roll. then stole the ball and another turn 8 score. Both were heavily contested though and Apojar put up a great fight.
