“An interesting match. My opponent got shafted on his block rolls. (Thanks nuffle) But a riot held the match up (screw you nuffle) But due to some lucky dodging and some more poor luck from my opponent's blocks, i managed to hold his cage up in his backfield for 5 turns on the second half (Thanks nuffle) But he managed to dodge his runner through a bunch of my players, and set him up mid way into my half with a few blitzers as cover (Screw you nuffle) I cut him off, more luck. (Thanks) He dodged out again. (Screw) I held him up and he made a chancy long pass. (screw again) I dodged out and blitzed him down, using my last reroll. (thanks) Then it got interesting.
He is on turn 8. I am on turn 7. His runner is down i have three players around the ball and four in scoring range in his half. With my wardancer and a line elf in the midfield. He covers two of my recievers and one of my passers, and brings two guys down to blitz my wardancer who gets stunned. Bummer i think, cause now he can use his last remaining player to bracket my only standing midfield player, so i either have to long bomb with no skills and no rerolls or blitz without block, hand off in a tz, dodge out, run upfield and pass the thing. But these are woodies and thats what woodies do right, so i am kinda looking forward to seeing if its gonna work. To my suprise he instead decides to foul, on turn 8, my stunned wardancer. Nothing happens to him, and even if it did, this is "the B word" Bowl so ya just suck it up right? But i was stunned at the move, not because of its mindless violence, i like mindless violence, but because of its general mindlessness. Now, due to this sudden bloodlust, i have a two die block, a hand off and a quick pass. easy. I complement him on his tactical nous and wait for him to click the "turn" button. Then guess what happens? Go on, guess.
He drops out. After my whineing on the chat channel for a minute he pops up and asks where i went. We reload, he changes his mind about the whole "randomly foul on turn 8, even if it will cost me a td" thing and make's a whole new set of moves. Kinda tactical ones. And whilst i am typing, "excuse me?" And "Yo dude, you have to replay your original moves" he (hosting) finishes his completley new set of moves, tells me he doesnt understand what i mean and finishes his turn. Accidently saving over the original set up and meaning i have to play the new moves. whoops....
Maybe it was an accident. Truly it doesnt mean anything, only a game and all that. But it was still a real bummer. So if it was all a large and complex misunderstanding, mistake, or mis-click. (sorry)
Otherwise. (screw)”
