“A fun game against a cool coach!

I was in a spot of bother early on, Rostern decked my Ogre in T1, niggled a blitzer in T2 which saw my apoth leap into action, and by T3 he was winning the foulwar! Luckily I was winning the KO war, and Rostern's desire to go toe to toe with me bit him in the ass and I was able to steal the ball + score against the run of play.

The 2nd half saw a spirited comeback after my T3 score, Rostern scored on T5 and looked for the equaliser. As it was he almost got it, but my thrower was on absolute fire, standing up from prone, picking up the ball in a TZ, dodging out and making a long bomb to a waiting player to take it away for the 3rd TD! (EDIT * failed AG4 interception too)

I had the luckier dice in this game for sure, especially in the 2nd half, Rostern's DP's were either impotent or off the pitch, and what I attempted I made.
None the less the banter was great, and Rostern was considerate enough to ask me if I needed a break when one of my kids needed me and I pur 'brb'. All in all a class act, and a pleasure to play.

Although the rematch I DO expect to be on the wrong end of a T16 foul! \o/”
