The game started with my Wardancer getting KO'd and he never came back on the field, no real surprise there from a woodie ;)

It went downhill from there with a niggle and RIP coming in quick succession mid-way through the half.

Even though we had got the ref we couldn't manage more than a KO from fouling. It was actually in the second half, without the ref's blessing, that a five man gang foul SI'd the Norse's Minotaur - a rare high point for the woeful woodies.

A last gasp break in turn 6 very nearly produced an equalizing TD but a lack of RR prevented that.

I'd like to say i enjoyed my first ever league game but....hehe, seriously i did and look forward to many more.

Finally, grats to the opposition coach who played a great game and threw a POW with every block ;)”
