But when I'm 30% down on the luck meter, 6 players on the pitch, and you've already fouled your way to CAS heaven, continuing your fouling (on a player who has no chance of even threatening the ballcarrier or stopping you from stalling) is, at that point, displaying malicious intent. (Barring teams with that intent stated, Paulhicks etc.)
