“A fantastic, brutal game, as befits a clash betwen two Orc teams!
Gargant received at the start, and the game soon decended into a scrum. Blows were exchanged left right and centre, and the Lakerz managed to break through. As a Laker sprinted to Gargant's End zone, his team mates held the other Orc team back.Gargant were helplessly tied up and suppressed by the Lakerz. Unable to fight through and get a shot at gaining back the ball, Gargant conceeded a TD at the end of Turn one.
It had looked bad, but things turned round at this point. From the last turn of the first half, right the way through the second half, The Los Angelez Lakerz suffered injury after injury. As several team members fell to Gargants' brutal offence, the ball was run up field. The Lakerz simply didn't have enough bodies on the field to plug the gaps in their lines. A late TD was scored to even the game up at the end.
It was exciting stuff, with a lot of violence, a hefty casualty count (Almost all of whom were from the opponents team! Woo!), and some great plays!”
