“Asator was an excellent and amiable opponent, and I'll gladly play against him any day. Regardless of what the Luck Meter has to say, I was blessed by things going more or less right at the most crucial moments that I needed them--a rerolled long bomb pass from Steve to Randy that allowed me to tie the game 1-1 at the end of the first half, when I was dangerously close to falling behind 0-2, and Margaret busting out the Turn-16 blitz, pickup in two tackle zones, and dodge into the endzone, all with zero re-rolls, to pull away 2-1. I made a couple of egregious errors early in the game and put myself in some unfavorable situations in the second half, despite a significant numerical advantage (my elves were hitting harder than my Chaos today, throwing out KOs and BHs like they were Khemri), and I didn't deserve the win, but I won't turn it down. A good, fun, and often frantic game.”
