as for the match itself, it was one that had had made P&P look quite inept and clumsy. P&P jumped out to an early 1-0 lead, and then the elves began pounding the lizards. Yes, you read correctly. The elves pounded the saurus. Before scoring their first point, two saurus were injured and sitting on the bench.

The second half saw the lizards kick to the elves. The elves have a very effective team, but Kondor though he might have the elf catcher pinned along the sideline by his three skinks. Sadly, a dragon warrior found a way to tie up two of the skinks while his catcher blitzed the third. the skink was only pushed away, but it allowed the elf to dodge free for the go ahead score.

Soon after the play, lightening strikes all over the field had everyone running for cover, and the broadcast was delayed until the next day. Once again, the Kitties picked up where they left off and took the ball from P&P to secure the win at last scoring to go up by two points at the end of the match.

The quick loss of two saurus has once again stirred old rumors that P&P is throwing their matches. What are the chances that elves will hurt two saurus in the opening drives of a match. This reporter still has his eyes on this team and will inform the NWL followers of any dirt he can uncover.
