“It wasn't the Stalkers' day today, not sure whether the team was nervous in their first competetive game of the season!!!
first half started badly for the vamps with both the stalkers' vampires failing the ofab rolls all over the place, burning through rerolls like mad!!!
Although their chance did come, Voraq, who seemed (strangely) a lot stronger than your average vamp (i will be asking for random drugs tests on the stalkers team), got through the defensive line with the ball, and after a hiccup with hunger pangs made it to within a few yards of the champs line only to be brought down by the ever vigilant Vaahn Darkheart (with help) and stunned in the process. This then allowed the speedy Talon Vahn to pick the ball up and run it up the field through the gaps created by the champs' mummies for a TD.
2nd half definately belonged to the Champs, filling the stalkers' KO box and exploiting the lack of players left on the vamps' side. Other than a few turns of inept ball control from both sides the champs dominated a very unlucky stalkers team who had more than their fair share of 1's.
Nagash will be pleased with our efforts.

There was some suspicion of a wight having a stun gun on his person but as is usual with blood bowl, if the ref didnt see it, it cant be illegal.
All in all a fun game against a great coach, hopefully all the next games will be as much fun.”
