“Game started off badly as the faeries advanced and pushed everyone out of the way, injuring a couple players. I scrambled to try and get the ball but the faeries scored after 5 turns. Next drive saw me make a run with the ball using a quick Eagle Warrior, but Russo had employed a wizard who managed to blast the little runner with a lightning bolt so 0-1 in first half.
After a fiery halftime talk and a thrown Ogre-aid jug later the pygmies hit the field running. Faeries and brownies and whatnots were getting smacked all over the field and saw the CAS tally skyrocket for the Fodder.Not much stood in the way of the equalizer: 1-1! But Russo ofcourse managed to counter with a TTM while severely undermanned and the game ended 2-1! bugger :)”

The apoth failed too and with Russo the Treeman missing due to a virus the team struggled through with only a TTM for the winner and the Kick skill slowing the Pygmies twice allowing the beleagured Fairies to go top of the table.
Not really a game I enjoyed despite the win, though no reflection on Phrollikk who was only recieveing excessive armour rolls and trying to make the most of it.
Next up Eshin so I can merely hope that they are beaten up in their two games before playing me!!”
