With eldritch hiring Ramtut, and me hiring a wizard things looked set for an interesting game... but nuffle put pay to that.. with Jim Bowen, my Frenzy BC niggling, apothed, then RIPing within moments of each other. However, we did score.

But after the RIPing of a CD, and the wizard doing bugger all, it was the inevitable foul and block/MB fest that followed.

The CD's fought valiantly but couldn't get much luck. 1-1 into Overtime.

We received and things were looking up... but of course Perfect Defence was rolled. Unfortunately this was one big ask too much.

I could have held on for the coin flip, but I decided to go for it and hope my luck changed... it didn't. The Bull failed his first gfi... surefeet kicked in to save him, but the sprint resulted in a loose ball deep in the Khemri half. It was well surrounded, and we couldn't delay the khemri advance who only had to roll a gfi to win... and promptly did.

Tough game... ”
