“nuffle favored the norse as they could do no wrong. Some might think, when facing ogres with av7...that to use an apothecary pre game would be a bad idea. Not this game though.
Ogres made 45 blocks...many 3d, the rest 2d...against av7 , using mighty blow...to get 1 casualty. The Hellbound made 52 blocks, 18 of which were 2d against. One skull. No damage. Every ko of the norse was recovered the next drive...those were few and far between in any case.
Basically the norse armor could only be broken by the one thrown rock on turn 16.
Oh yes...get the ref for the Norse turn 1. Then 2 perfect defenses. One blitz.
