“Well, girls, we have two things confirmed from this game.
- we need more tacklers (only one is a nightmare against multiple dodgy opponents)
- we need more players (since no matter what, Amazons go down. And Road Ladies tend to go down in the first 3 turns of the game)
Has been a thrilling game, with the chicks running like mad around lizards trying to stop the saurus onslaught. The lizard rolled one too many POWs and we went down three players on the first half... but on the other hand we rolled all our "go for it" and dodges so I'll call it even.
The first half was ugly with the zons at a numerical disadvantage pulling off desperate moves to stop the skinks from scoring.
The real turning point of the game was the injury of super-skink Godzirra that has been a real pain in the... er... bottom 'till then. After that, and thanks to the help of our dauntless players, the girls managed to pull out a victory.
A couple of disconnections through the game messed up the turn counter but we managed to finish anyway.
The Road Ladies wish to congratulate coach Dr Jay for a well-played game. Rematch anytime.”
