My fans Getting the Ref on the first turn made it likely the game would get bloody - and then on the second block of the game, Porky killed a line-elf.

The Elves nearly scored in the first half after play broke down as tried and failed to get the ball up pitch from my own end-zone - maybe I should have been more conservative and run more flings back to protect it, particularly in the pouring rain... However, the Elves found it difficult to pick up the ball in a swarm of halfings, and eventually it landed firmly lodged in the branches of a tree. With a treeman blitz every turn and a fair bit of fouling, Hollertronix only had about 4 players on the pitch with 6 in the dugout after a KO...
