“Never much of a game. My only DP got ejected early (second foul) and without mummies and only one Blitz-Ra its hard to play, even harder to win, a game! I had the shot at scoring in the first half though (I was recieving) but a -2d block against Benny Hill put an end to the drive and the ball scattered to the crowd which threw the ball right to his wide open blitzer who picked up the ball for the easy score two turns later. What followed in the second half was 3 blitzes ( I think, maybe one of them was in the first half), one for me and two for my opponent. I wasnt really able to make mine count since I was outnumbered and having ma 6 as tops on two players. He got his scores very easy! I never counted on winning this game at all whatsoever but it was pretty annoying to see my opponent making key plays with moves that had a less chance of succes compared to other moves. An ex. is the -2d on Benny Hill, a 3+ dodge would have giving him a 1d. Another one was his second score where he didn blitz Benny Hill away from the ball with a 1d but instead chose to pick the ball up in the tacklezone and dodge out for the score.
Not really the best nor funniest game of mine but it was a good recovery game for The Legendary Skeletons! Hopefully I will be able to get a game vs some puny (non-wood) elves for my next game!
