“After being knocked out early in the cup, it's been a long wait for PSV Zharr-Naggrund, and they weren't entirely sure how they'd perform again the Wonderdead. It soon became apparent, though, that the answer was... ...pretty well.
Werewolf Andrew Keogh seemed like a cast Iron puppy, and easily stood up to everything the dwarves threw at him. This did have the effect of tying him up nicely, and time and again Wolverhampton showed that although they weren't coming apart up front (good stitching) they did lack ball skills and mobility in the back field.
From the kick off the PSV showed their plan of playing deep in their opponents half, and a failed pickup gave an early score. There was time to respond though, and when PSV over-committed to one side the Wonderdead snuck down the other, and got in behind the bull centaur blitzers. From there, a score was just a matter of time.
PSV received in the second half and took the direct route up the left side of the pitch. Repeated attempts to stop the iron puppy failed, but isolated he wasn't enough to prevent the score.
Receiving the kick off again, the Wonderdead's offensive line stalled, and again the bull centaurs were through it and chasing after the ball deep downfield. The pressure must have gotten to Matt Murray again as another failed pickup gave away another TD, and resulting in a 3-1 win. ”
