“A second defeat in a row. Didn't get much of chance in this game (simply because didn't get my hands on that darn ball ;)
The Knights of Ni had their chance of scoring on the second round but the crucial pass attempt was misses (would have been fumble if a reroll hadn't been used). Then began the slow but painful running play by the orcs. The delfs did their best, which was not much today. On the eight round the green buggers scored!
The second half didn't look better. Now the orcs could form their cage train and make their way slowly to the opposing end zone. And they did. On the eight round the orcs scored again.
The delfs did have some nice moments, tho. The ball carrier was knocked down. The delfs did even have a chance to score on the eight round, but it was simply too difficult for the boys today.
A tough game for the delfs. The worst news is that FF decreased. We did, however, get a new player. Jack "Lumberjack" Lumber, a promising rookie blitzer, joined the team today. Man of the match was Red Llama.
“Rock Soup came to the arena today for the cheering fans, the Bloodweiser halftime show, and to play some great ball with an evenly matched Dark Elf Pansy Patrol.
Unfortunately we ended up playing some very well coached Delfs that would not fall down. Bluetooth played a great dodgy defense with some truely impressive evasions. The failed pass into the endzone that allowed for the shut out was a gift from Nuffle. Of course, Nuffle always cheers for ORKS!
'Too Many Cooks' will be sorely missed in the next match as he nurses a sprained ankle at the hands of those mean little gits.
I look forward to playing Bluetooth agian in the future. Good tactics with Good Sportsmanship make for a good time on Fumbbl.”
