“Match Summary:
With a handful of new coaches on the sidelines due to roster cuts, and an extra week of practice due to a round 1 forfeit, the Mummies were excited for their first test of season 11. The fact that it was against Amazons with fragile armor only added to the anticipation.

The mummies did not inflict much damage for the first half of the game. However, Imhotep was able to break from the pack and complete a pass to an uncovered Redjit. After the team took some free shots at the Amazons, Redjit strolled into the endzone to give the Mummies a 1-0 lead.

Unfortunately, the weather changed to rain and remained that way the rest of the game. In the second half SCbB II reponded with their own passing TD to tie the game. Cursing Mummies finally started knocking Amazons off the pitch but had difficulty picking up the slippery ball and the game ended in a 1-1 tie.
