“Well this game was a real kick in the teeth. Two niggles as a result. Once again in Gameon's coaching career, a pitch invasion completely ruins the match.

It started very well for the Pips as they had tremendous luck handling the ball and scored a quick second turn touchdown. Wonderful playing on their part. Then the Renegades got their first chance and used it well. The Pips had some opportunities to destroy the offence, but all attempts failed in the end due to a simple double one dice throw on a go for it. The Renegades scored their first TD with four turns remaining.

Then it all went down the drain. The Renedage fans stormed the field and seriously injured one Pip who the apothecary failed to heal. The rest of the field was left pretty much on the field stunned or prone.

This forced the elves again to a defensive posture and the 'Zons used it well and pummeled the heck out of the elven players. 2-1 was the half time score.

The Pips' good luck didn't end there. The Renegades started the second half with good blocking and delivered the ball near the sidelines. The Pips catcher managed to go for the injury and was niggled. The Renegades still failed to grab the ball and this resulted in an eventual getaway by a PIP catcher who eventually near the goal line failed to go for it. The ball was thrown back to the Amazon players and the score was soon 3-1.

The Pips did manage to score on final impressive touchdown which was of little comfort in the end. Four players will be out of commission for the next match and two of them have suffered niggling injuries.
