With the aged Yoda sitting on the sidelines, still recovering from the last round's concussion, the Ryoth Champions took the field, confident, but distracted and obviously no in-tune with the force. The opening position Ryoth Champions received and very quickly things turned bad. Order 66 started with a perfect defense and Mara picked up the ball but had to retreat. On the second turn, Darth Sonja managed to KO Orun Wa - which was a good as a BH, since the gutter runner would not wake up for the rest of the game (an incredible number of failed KO wake ups). However, a routine play failed (double 1s on pass) and Order 66 charged forward and in a matter of seconds, it was 0-1 and Order 66 prepared to kick again.
One the second possession, things turned every worse as again a routine play failed again (double 1s on pass again) - again Order 66 showed their experience and brutality as they delivered a crushing blow against Mara (she would have departed this world if not for the apothecary). In addition, diving tackle proved useless as Taun We broke free and it looked like it would be 0-2 very soon. However, suddenly when all appear to be at their most bleak...Yoda raised himself from the bench and muttered some sage words of advice...the effect was immediate. Darth Sonja, already with 2 KOs (although 1 did wake up), charged the width of the field for a long blitz against Jengai (ST 4 clone) and delivered such a blow that no medicines could prevent Jengai from leaving this world. With the ST 4 clone gone and one jedi still KOed - things were looking much better. However the Jedi Taun We was still on the field and for the second straight turn avoided the diving tackle and even grabbed the ball again. Again it was time for Darth Sonja - she torn down on Taun We and with a mighty blow smashed the jedi to the ground and the ball was heading upfield and Order 66 was suddenly in leaderless straights. A game that was just 1 inch from being 0-2, suddenly was 1-1 and 2 more Order 66 players were permanently removed from the game.
The second half started and due to the work of Darth Sonja, the game had truly turned around, with 3 players out of the game including both jedi - only 2 clones remained and one of the clones was buzzing...so only 1 player capable of carrying the ball, the defensive TD was easy and it was 2-1 in our favor. The next kickoff...still only 2 clones - however, Costos managed to badly hurt Darth Sonja...but it was too late. On the next drive...still only 2 clones and to make matters worse for Order 66, Chewbacca the hulking jedi tried to rip the arms off Waquat (badly hurting him). Soon it was 3-1. Then 4-1...only 1 clone remained against 4 and the ball was quickly taken, but a final failure on T16 of a routine play (double 1s on a catch) prevented the 5th TD from being scored.
The game had all the hallmarks of Order 66 romping their way to victory, but it was the hard hitting of Darth Sonja and the failed apothecary that turned the game around in the span of 2 turns an then it was just farming spp in the second half.

Thanks for the game!”
