There's nothing more to say... My opponent's report summarizes very well the progress of the match. Fast facts, really a funny game

Crazy game indeed. The Orcs had some very mediocre dice in the first half, lots of push backs against the blodgy elves. Their troll managed to knock himself down on turn 1 against the treeman and that's all he really did the whole half. The Orc cage slowly rumbled forward under constant harassment from the elves but they could not find a weak spot to exploit (I really regret taking mighty blow over guard "for the lulz" now). The cage moved dangerously close to the side lines and the orc thrower narrowly avoided being crowd surfed by a wardancer blitz. On turn 8 the orcs managed to make one final push and their thrower broke out... but stumbled just before the end zone. Although fate had been extremely cruel to the orcs, the elves could not resist the chance to foul the 6/4/4 thrower (un)luckily they only managed to stun him. :D

The second half is where things really got interesting in my opinion. The treeman rooted himself on turn 1 making himself totally useless but then the orc troll failed almost every single really stupid roll, so both big guys were effectively removed from play. The elves managed to inflict a surprising amount of injuries against the orcs, including a niggling injury on a SF/dodge black orc (save by apoth). The very same black orc was then knocked clean out the next turn, obviously still in shock from the initial injury. :D Just when it looked like the elves would score, the wardancer carrying the ball tripped and fell and the ball was once again lose on the ground. Both teams scrabbled to pick it up but eventually the orc thrower managed to get hold of it, unfortunately his pass to an open blitzer failed. The elves scooped the ball up once again, it looked like a pass and score was inevitable... but they too failed to make a successful pass and the ball was loose for a third time. The orcs made a grab for it, picked it up, tried to pass... and failed. Again. The ball was now loose for a fourth time but finally after 7 brutal turns, the elves managed to pick it up and run it over the line.

It seemed like defeat was inevitable but the ref decided that the game should continue into injury time, which was very apt as the orcs had suffered no less than 4 casualties. The orcs obviously did not understand the meaning of injury time and assumed it was some extra time to smash their opponents and they took full advantage of it by sending 2 elves into the dugout. After a sequence of high risk manoeuvres, one of the orc blitzers finally managed to smash his way through the elf line and scored a very well deserved equalising touch down.
