“Game 3 in Blackbox.

We are missing a hobgoblin due to serious injury and are therefore paired up with a brand new necro team. TR difference gets them a handicap: illegal drugs netting their werewolf strength 4 - oh no!!

We focus all our efforts on the werewolf, ending up with a pile of players dangerously near the sideline. We finally knock him down and foul but only stun him! They retaliate with some sweet chain pushes that result in 2 players pushed out and another KO'd in just 2 blocks!! Meanwhile our centaur sprints all the way across to one side, and then on towards the end zone, his speed leaving the slow necros behind. And again their werewolf throws another player out of the stands! We decide for revenge and go for a risky -2d block to push him out - success & KO'd! We score on our final turn though unfortunately their drugged up super werewolf immediatly wakes up. With one turn to go their coach sets up a series of pushes to try for a 1 turn touchdown but fortunately they can't make it come together.

2nd half and we are missing 1 hobgoblin in the BH box while they have their only ghoul KO'd still and a zombie SI'd so we have a 1 player advantage. Then we manage to KO the superwolf on our first turn with a 1d blitz - the dwarven crowd goes wild!

Their wight gets the ball and manages a very nice run through the side while we are all tied up just beside him and in the end we are lucky to manage to stop him equalising. We have enough players around the ball to make it near impossible for them to recover and the score is sealed at 1-0 when our final last ditch series of sprints lead to a hobgoblin eating turf and dropping the ball.
