“This was the most back and forth game I've ever had. And until overtime I was 90% sure I would lose this one.

Three turns into the game I already was down 3 casualties as the mummies had their way with us. I also failed every dodge attempt I tried.
Turn 6 the Ancients had the ball and an easy TD but the undead coach was distracted watching Amazon porn and messed up his move.

Turn 7 I threw a bomb (6) and thought I had a TD but a zombie tracked me down with 2 GFI and rolled a POW KO to deny.

Score was 0-0 at half, I had to kick off and only had 9 zons. I was sure I was toast. A thrown rock KOed another zon before the kick even landed.
The undead moved down the field to within 5 squares of the endzone. I had a shot at the ball carrier in turn 3 but hit move instead of blitz DOH!.

After a pow/skull by the undead I had another shot at the ball carrier in turn 4. I rolled 8 consecutive dice without a knockdown. At this point I was sure it was over. In turn 6, the Ancient's stud mummy rolled double skull, reroll, double skull to give me a chance. I grabbed the ball and ran for saftey. With only 2 GFIs left between me and an upset victory I proceeded to roll a 1. DOHHHH!

So to OT I went with only 7 able bodies. Break #1 - I got to receive in OT.
Break #2 - my gutsey effort inspired my fans and they stormed the pitch at the kick off taking out both mummies and stunning 3 others. Suddenly they game WAS winable.

In turn 4 I had a chance to score but didnt risk the GFI into the endzone. Next turn I was blitzed by a 1 die block and lost it again. But in turn 5 I got my own blitz and scored the game winner.
