It was a surprisingly nasty affair for a recovery match. Two elves gone in the first two blocks...and it wasn't till the second half before they decided to really get some of their own back. But they did get the better of the rat ogre Mikey while he was obsessing about the ball (very peculiar behaviour for a rat ogre).

Apart from giving the elves a bit of a belting, not much went right for the boys from the backwater. Blitzes galore and sloppy scrimmage play lost them many chances at the ball, but they did gain some respectability with a late try.

The fans weren't too impressed though...or maybe they were, but going through some hard times. Whatever the case...we are not too impressed by the deepness of their pockets.”
