“The Waaargh walked away with all of the winnings from a game in which Nuffle showed his disdain for the undead. Toad-flinga held his nerve, as Blakula attempted an early blitz, before finding Face-rippa with a quick pass. The blitzer then sauntered up the pitch, as his team-mates smacked seven shades of snot out of the vampires and their unfortunate thralls.
Some measure of revenge was meted out when the teams lined up just before half-time, as the thralls knocked out two of the Waaargh's linemen and kicked unhealthy looking lumps out of Doktor Deff. Only a couple of staples and the magic sponge of the team apothecary saved the lineman's leg.
In the second half, the vampires attempted a comeback. Von Shock made it to within spitting distance of the end-zone, but spit was all he did, as orc after orc scrambled after him. Several loud thumps later, and the Waaargh had possession of the ball again.

"That blood-sucker should never have got as close as he did," Head Coach Whitman commented after the game, "we need to shore up our defence." Shortly afterwards, he was seen talking to a rather hungry looking troll...”
