“I never really come to terms with that ogre games seems to defy all logic. This game was truly a weird one. A khemri skeleton should by most standards be one of - if not the - worst player in Blood Bowl. Meneos skellies on the other hand are little super heroes. They managed to withstand 16 turns of ogres bashing on them without taking more than 1 single regened cas and 1 KO. And for show they succeeded with about 5 dodges while only failing one.
For the Ogreville Food Patrol the situation was frustrating, despite being very lucky with the Bonehead rolls. An early TD had made a great situation for at least a tie, but being outbashed by 3 khemri mummies was hurting their pride. Then suddenly, when everything seemed to fail, they managed a crazy TTM while on defense, where Sneeko swooped in and snatched the ball in front of the thro-ra and sprinted in another TD.
In the 2nd half there were 9 OFP players vs 11 khemri, and since the ogres couldn't bash the skeletons in any manner their numbers continually dwindled. Meneos had a sure TD if he hadn't been so convinced of his skeletons abilities that he tried to pass the ball in turn 7. The result was a fumble and when the ogres moved in the skellie fumbled the ball in turn 8 as well.
