This season has rarely seen a game so tight or bloody. A sloppy opening drive by the Dogs let the Undead steal the ball and fight it back up the field and run in a totally unapposed first and only TD.

The dogs efforts to equalize came late in the second half with "Jean Lions" displaying some outstanding skill with a burst of speed and strength which left the Nightmares well behind, fending off an assult from Wight "Quietus Hades" only to then butter finger the ball on the touch line.

Despite the dwindling numbers the Dogs fought on,hopelessly out numbered, their head coach could be heard over the din "Everybody fights, nobody quits!"

"Simon Thorn" deserves a special mention for binning two Ghouls in the early min's on the first half as they set about him and MVP "Troy Mann" for the killing of another, crowd favourite "Styx"

The Dogs had their own share of the pain too with 5 players carted off field, the medical staff struggling to keep up with the body count - four of whom were placed there by "Haken-Aten" who must have had new bandages applied because he was spritly and certainly done his fans proud with that ratio of hurt.

Finally "Lacey Coal" was killed - but fans and players alike didn't seem very upset about it. Having been in the Straw Dogs starting line-up he has failed to develope any SPP and head coach Hilson said he'd be dumping the body out back of the stadium if any one wanted a keep sake.
