“Karond Kar Carnage's first career win, in its second game against dwarves. A deep kick slowed the dwarves first drive, allowing Elle Arrah and Nareth Drakestrike, Carnage's new blitzer, to sack the dwarves' runner. Unable to capitalize, the rest of the team streamed into the backfield. The dwarves recovered, but Drakestrike brought the runner back down, and a quick handoff - pass play got the ball to Drakestrike who scored.

The dwarves tried to grind downfield again before the end of the half, with a quick hand off - pass play of their own. Drakestrike managed to trip on the counter blitz, smashing his hand, an injury likely to have lingering effects. The line made up for him, closing the half at 1-0.

The second began with the elves opening up the middle of the dwarf line, and Elle Arrah streaking downfield with the ball. Even though marked, both dwarf runners managed to get free, and brough Arrah down just a short distance from the endzone. Another tussle began around the ball, but a poor block from a dwarf blitzer left Makundrake and the ball open. He snatched up the ball, and ran it in for a TD.

The dwarves next drive opened with another well executed hand off - pass to get the ball to a blitzer, driving down the sideline. Carnage managed to stall the dwarves well, freeing the ball several times. The elves gave the first away to an interception by a longbeard, and then much like their last game, could not recover the ball later on. After much scrapping around, and with the elves just about out of players, the dwarf jacky chan finally saw an opening, picked up the ball, and ran through for the TD at the final whistle.
