This game was ridiculously close (thanks to the fact that I was rolling quite well and he was down several thralls to start, so never got to field more than 9 or 10 men a drive) and all came down to one single roll.

Turn 7 of the second half, the score was tied 2-2. One Vamp had the ball about 6 spaces behind the LOS, all alone. There was a Vamp and a few thralls on the line and the Lord and another Vamp about 6 spaces into my half, set up for the score. I managed to get 2 girls on the ball carrier, but he hypno'd one and dodged away for the pass... and blew it spectacularly.

It scattered out of bounds and was thrown in to about the dead center of the field, caught by one of my blitzers. I managed to run to hand off to one of the two zons who had put the TZs on the would-be Passer of the Damned. Then an easy run to the goal line on 7 and a score on 8. Very lucky game for me.
